When applying for a CALIA+ facility, we may need to conduct a property valuation on your security property as part of the application process.
There are now two valuation options available to clients. They include:
- Clients can directly apply for a property valuation via our preferred valuation panel manager Valuation Exchange. View the Valuation Exchange website here.
- We can organise a valuation report on your behalf upon approval of your CALIA+ application.
Obtaining a valuation directly via Valuation Exchange can make your application process easier and faster. The valuation will be retained by you and may be acceptable in the event we require a valuation. Clients should discuss the valuation options with their financial adviser before making any decisions.
Please note that customer ordered valuations are available on eligible properties in selected areas only. Provision of a valuation by Valuation Exchange does not imply that we will approve your loan application nor necessarily accept the valuation or the subject property as security. Fees apply.
