The regulations governing margin lending and consumer credit have recently changed. Accordingly, CGI’s processes and procedures for Colonial Margin Loans and CALIA+ have been updated.
This Toolkit provides information and resources for CGI advisers and dealer groups to assist with the understanding of and compliance with these changes. It deals with changes effective from 1 January 2011.
